Smoked Olive Oil infused with Wild Garlic & Rosemary
This premium extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed from perfectly ripe olives soon after picking to ensure a vibrant freshness. Wild garlic, together with rosemary is infused into the oil and then cold smoked to give its unique smoked, garlic and rosemary taste.
Here are a few ideas for using smoked olive oil with garlic and rosemary:
- Use it as a marinade for meats, fish or tofu before grilling or roasting.
- Drizzle it over vegetables before roasting for added flavour and a smoky finish.
- Use it as a finishing oil for pasta dishes. It adds a nice smoky flavour to pasta with tomato or cream-based sauces.
- Mix it with balsamic or apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make a flavourful vinaigrette.
